Destination

A Poem by T.L.Weber

I am sinking into this pool of desperation

I have fallen into the empty abyss of depression

Help me, and you will drown yourself in frustration

Hate me, and you'll become my lost companion

You think I'm crazy and this is my hallucination

But you're just pissed because I refuse to be your creation

And the only thing I have given you is devastation

So on I wander searching for my next intimate sensation

It's your fault... the fault of your hesitation

Because I can see we haven't the same destination.

This is a very good poem, I like the use of rhyme it's not childish. The feeling I get from this poem is a lack of committment by whoever you are writing to and a missing part of common ground. Nice work.
