A Poem by Tamme
"

Just think of the media and exploitation

"

Look at me,

Once living a normal life,

So ask me why,

How,

It was me,
Played,

Pathetically...

Only,
I partially participated.
Losing myself with you
In this lavishly superficial paradise.

Genuine souls lead astray,
So the most pretentious appetites

May devour the innocent.

Digested.

With the excrement

Dressed up

And shipped out.

So it's here...

High on the food chain...

The flawless sit.
The perfect,
The artificial,
Dictating who should be,

And how they should be it.

I really like this. Especially the last stanza. It's true it seems that the high few dictate what it should be like for the rest of us. Great job, I love it.
