Mystery Child

Mystery Child

A Poem by Tamluvstowrite
"

A mother trying to save her child from going down the wrong path.

"

I'm spending too many days trying to figure out what happen to my child. A  child trying to be an adult  telling me I'm the enemy for trying to direct  her in the right place. I've tried tslking to her but her ears are death to my voice. Want to change the course of this mother daughter relationship, telling me know that no matter what I do I am still the enemy and you can't stand to hear me preach to you.

Two tears in a bucket and in the course of this collison one of us is about to crash. Somebodies gonna say f**k it. I stand out in a crowd yelling your name but again you run towards those who mean you no good. Leading you to dead end and mass destruction of yourself.  I want to save you but you all about what's on your mind and whether I whup your a*s and curse you out. Your chasing waterfalls cause someone told you at the very bottom is a pot of diamonds. In reality it's a pot of rocks. In your world they are right and I have no clue on life.

I figure it out you want to learn the hard way. I can't figure it out, feeling so defeated in saving this mystery child.

The ending of this is incomplete. each day her story unfolds. I'm praying for a happy ending but who know what may come from this mystery child  I love but don't know.
