Unphased.

Unphased.

A Poem by tamilynnyea;.

 Don't make me beg, 'cause

I'm not going to.

I thought it was me,

I was sure it was me.

But now I'm thinking it's you.

Were you the lone star

Keeping the heads raised?

Someday your light will

Leave us all unphased.

A God in a tree,

If you will.

Superman with a wildside,

If you will.

It takes great skill

To improvise, but when it's all said and done,

Everybody cries.

I saw you through the window,

And I couldn't look away.

We had all been waiting for you,

That day that you scurried away.

We'll wait for you.

Do what you need,

And we'll wait for you.
