In the darkness

A Poem by George

cut out the lights,
so in the darkness
I can see you
with love's blindness.

Yes, I suppose you need no lights in order to see Love...succinct and telling. Nice essence. Thank you for sharing.

Oh boy. My short poem is suddenly of epic proportions. These few lines say a lot. So many seem to need this dark to feel love, at least according to short stories and the like. It's really kind of sad.

Or amusing, if one is in the mood for that.
Either way, it's good, and thanks for the read, and I hope to read more by you sometime. Maybe now if there's more up--
