Astral Hide

Observation towers left behind,

Lucky numbers,

Sun-washed roofs

And solemn gestures.

An unintentional look in the mirror.

You linger despite the rush,

The runrate is set on hold,

A placid silence urges for little soothing contradictions.

Gems, wide fields of light and yellow shades are drawing closer.

A round crystal chandelier again,

The old photograph on the blank wall,

An ever questioning recurrence.

When was the last time I escaped?

Sliding doors...

The runrate goes on again.

Improved perception,

Vague recollections,

Effective formulas,

Occurrences you wish you could decipher.

Ringing bells,

Scattered sketches,

Early summer,younger us.

Time spells a second glimpse as I gaze upon this with fresh eyes. Always found these words profound and wanted to emulate them within my own writing. Love this.

oh to peel a moment back in such beautifully raw array of vivid dips and scatters~I spy with my surreal mind a complex construction of plays interplaying the byways of existence~ splendiferous~
