Wrong Turn

Wrong Turn

A Poem by Takoda Sorvillo

Wrong Turn
I had not meant to hurt you
But what I said was true
Though it still feels like I ran myself through
I'll try not to shoot myself over chances that I blew
Knowing, the days till, of what  had to do
Getting out is only for the sake of you.
My heart aches for the gone and things anew
My little robin, the nest is broken and form it you flew.
