Love Poem

I wrote this as a freshmen in high school for a valentines day love poem.

Roses are red, violets are blue

What could I do without you?

You are the one; the one that I love

The one that God sent from above.

I love you, and you love me

When we’re together; I’m filled with glee

When I’m with you I make more mistakes

And you share more love than I can take

I think about you everyday

Which leaves my life with no dismay

You own all my life and all my heart

Everything you do is great; I don’t even know where to start

You came out of nowhere, out of the blue

The only thing that I want more is for our love to come true
