A Poem by Symphony Snow

I'm walking down a city street
And what a shock it was to meet
A dewdrop bird of morning dew
Sparkling and very new.

I took a step to the fair bird
I took two steps and then a third
It didn't flee, just watched me hover
Cradled by its dewdrop cover.

I picked it up and held it tight
The bird that blossomed overnight
And took it with me on that day
Until it evaporated away.
