The Beast of Love Within Me

The Love I have for her....

I remember the day I first saw thee,

My heart came alive, building from within,

The beast of love within me was set free,

To have lived without you, it could not have been,

As I looked at you, all I felt was love,

You had a beauty, like that of the sun,

You were filled with grace, almost like a dove,

As soon as I touched you, you were the one,

I can’t contain myself, I have to shout,

For my entire life, I wish I’d known you,

Do I truly love thee, I have no doubt,

It was in one second that I knew,

My love to thee reaches into the sky,

To be without you, I would rather die.
