Honestly?

When I wrote this; it was like the words were coming in my brain, but the pencil couldn't move fast enough..and all my thoughts were jumbled. So maybe this won't make sense. Sorry. :)

Honestly,

I love you.

But honestly,

I'm scared.

Scared,

That you aren't who I think you are.

Terrified,

That you're lying to me.

Trembling,

At the thought of you leaving.

But is it bad to say,

I know I'd be okay?

Because honestly,

Just to have the chance with you,

Was plenty for me.

Age,

Looks,

Distance;

You would say our relationship is falling apart at the most influencual seams..

But I would say,

That the

Age,

Looks,

And Distance,

Only make desire more apparent.

 

The only thing now needed,

Is for you too look at me,

And say;

Honestly, I love you. <3

Yes it is very wise to walk into love slow and easy. A lot of wolves in sheep costumes. I like the set-up and flow of this poem. Words are cool. But friendship and being with you when help is needed. Is the real truth of love. A excellent poem.
