Time

Wrote this when I was in middle school.

Time should be spent with

Family or a friend

Time never really seems to end

Always ticking

Never tricking

Time is the one who never

stops, no break

when time with you is up

my heart starts to ache

Always ticking 

Never tricking

Time is always there

In your mind, in your body,

can be as mighty as a mare

Time goes tick tock

Time is simply all in the clock

The melancholy vibe of this poem is so true! I like the "Always ticking/Never trickling" line. The rhyme scheme of this poem was crafted in a way so that it grabs the reader.
