I Don't Know What I Don't Know

I Don't Know What I Don't Know

A Poem by Jennifer Smalls

I'd like to say
"I Love You."
I'd like to say it loud.
I don't want you to hear it though,
So please just block it out.

I want to feel it roll off my tongue
I want to know if I'm wrong.
I love love, but I'm not sure if that's what I've found.
Maybe if I'd say it
I'd know.

If I blurt it, hold me back.
Don't let it mess with your head,
Or allow it to touch your heart.
I'm not sure if I'd mean it,
Just to simply let it out.

I know if I'd say it,
I know if you'd say it back...
I'm not sure what I'd do.
Because I know that I don't know
Love.

This is really interesting, someone that admits not knowing love. I like you
already because of your honesty. Good work, thanks for sharing and b-blessed!
