From A Dream He Comes

The beams of the sun from above
Shown into the cavern below

Warming her curves
She lay on a rock ledge cushioned with wool

From within the dark
One of smiles and laughter came

Lit up the darkness with cheer and chat
Under the covers he joined her

Work hardened hands followed her body
Soothing and easing worries

Until asleep she fell
Under loves gentle warming
