Thinking Cap

Thinking Cap

A Chapter by Norma M Sutton
"

Team Renfield

"

Today I put on my thinking cap
And dreamed the day away

Today I put on my thinking cap
And into the swells I sway

Today I put on my thinking cap
And walked the long long walk

Today I put on my thinking cap
And histories sorrows thought

Today I put on my thinking cap
And wondered what will come

Today I put on my thinking cap
And dreamed a restful dream

Today I put on my thinking cap
And into the future I looked

Today I put on my thinking cap
And sucumbed to a long long nap

Aah that's clever! Actually, I could use a sleep too... Renfieldians unite!

Thinking can certainly be very tiring... a very fun and witty poem.
