Her Secret

Her Secret

A Chapter by Norma M Sutton
"

"
Her secret is shocking
Hiding in a dusty grave
Hallowed by name and deed

Her secret is haunting
Hidden and true
Holding her hand

Her secret is screaming
Hoping anew
Horizons are shining beckoning through

Her secret is darkest
High in her dreams
Head heart and soul

Her secret is hope
Harbored deep in her breast
Hour by hour it gives her rest

Her secret is hazy and just out of sight
Hiting the hardest in the middle of the night
Hundreds of dreams fill sleeps silent rest

Her secret her secret
Hence her delight
Her secret is hidden . . . it's in plain sight.

I like the poem. The secrets was described with skill and left the reader wanting to know more. I enjoyed the way you made the secret have purpose and a reason. Thank you for a excellent poem.
