A Chapter by Norma M Sutton
"

Team Renfield

"
Slight of form
Smoke and flames
Blues eyes twinkle from deep within
Hiding feline secrets
Tiny pink tongue washes the crusts of sleep from my eyes
In my sleep she sings her name
Vibrations stirring against my ear
Knowing morning will bring
The tap of her tiny knowing swords
Waking me gently without fear

Author's Note

Norma M Sutton
Prompt: She is whispy looking, like smoke in a pint glass. Her eyes are milky, but not sightless. She sees, just not in the usual way. Her tongue is made of secrets and she shares it out little at a time. Her name cannot be said to you, at least, not while you are awake. She carries knowledge like a sword.

Wonderfully different perspective. I knew you'd do well with it. Of course it would involve an animal Ms. Zookeeper. Maybe you should do something with that prompt too. :P
