RIP the headstone reads
Once you were a VIP
Roll in place and you will see
The MVP you use to be

RIP oh lonely one
After all is said and done
VIP know not you
With MVP and pauper too

RIP that final stop
For one and all
Will come to naught
At the final casting call

RIP forever more
Thats what all are hoping for
Once and all for time to stop
As off this old world we hop

RIP that final sleep
No more promises to keep
No more aches and pain to grow
Just another place to go

RIP for soon you rise
Stretch new wings in new skys
In a body all brand new
Worries and cares are few

RIP until he comes
All sores finally numb
And when the Son will rise
Forever more we  fill the sky

MVP, RIP, VIP geezum christ how many abbreviations do you need in a poem! Sorry didn't mean to be rude, just lost me in that whole thing. So other than that I enjoyed it.

Yes when we RIP. No more problems or distractions anymore. I like the pace of the poem. Each set of line making the story stronger. I like the ending. Pain and hurt will be gone. And we may become a distance memory. A outstanding poem.
