CatsanovaA Poem by Norma M SuttonJust a short verse for the furry friend that has claimed me as his. Cats are such odd creatures lolBorn in early spring Son of a special one Father was a traveler Called Johnny Appleseed . . . Obviously He came and went This spring past From town to town he dabbles Planting seed for all to see Before onward he travels Catsanova is his name One of two his color born To such a special mum Litter five she had in all Three girls and boys two Catsanova special one Seeks his mothers space Lost to snake this summer past He sits upon her place Loving all he knows Catsanova touches hearts From laps he touches faces Pulls your face into his reach Kisses he then places Golden eyes shine and glimmer Catsanova Of you Special grace and rub Born in wild and crazy place Hunting special love Each morning you make brighter With your happy face Soft patting paws Sparkling eyes Gentle nips and kisses Catsanova What a boy Dressed in tawny fur With golden dreamy eyes Mornings not the same without your caresses © 2010 Norma M SuttonAuthor's Note
