The Milk Mooch

The Milk Mooch

A Poem by Norma M Sutton
"

From a everyday event

"

When milking
Doth he come

Twitching tail
And snacking tongue

Smart and crafty
One is he

Trained his
Milking lady well

Gets first sip
Every morn

Others watch
Look forlorn

For only he
Has learned this trick

The rest run
And dodge the stream

Only one
Small and fuzzy stays near

Her eager eyes
Dancing bright draw near

Yesterday morn
She begs a try

Soon he'll have
To share his milk mooch

That is really cute... passing the wisdom from adult to child doesn't stop with humans.

A very good story. Animals are more wise then we know. I like the video and the story. A excellent poem.

Aww, how cute :) You created great imagery in the poem alone, but the video was just adorable. Smart kitty.

Super cute! The imagery of the cat and kitten...what a coming-of-age story. I do love what you've done with this! Lucky cat!
