Baa Baa TimeA Poem by Norma M Sutton
Baaaa, Baaa, shrill little voices call to me. A tiny hoof steps on my toe baaa, baa Baaaa, Baaa, tiny little mouths pull on my clothes. A tiny little nose searches for a udder low baaa, baa Standing me on my tippy toes.
Among the clammering voices Bottles prepared Here I stand They suck on dangling hand Fingers wet and sticky Now for the juggling bit Two hands, four hungry mouths
Bottle one between my thighs Dark brown head takes hold Nebula the Ober wonder Nearly pushing me asunder
Bottle two between my knees Golden head and floppy ears Snickerdoodle drools sloppily Milky foam trickles down for sticky shoes down under
Bottle three in between hand and knee Pretty white head grabs hold Cream Puff greedily chugs With steady little tugs
Bottle four held next to me Pale head impatient baa gives Tiri Mi Sue chugs along too Never long to chew
So faster than bottle preparing takes Bottles empty now are Happy kids dance and run Until next feeding comes
