I am homeward bound
To den so safe
Sanctuary safe from suffering
Dressed in birthday attire

World's armor shed away
Heart points me there
Wrapped in loving arms
One moment from harm

Skin hot and damp
Weary sleep at last

Bound in the den of my suffering. Dressed in the armor of illusion. Every hope points to your love; wrapped in the moment my skin last touched yours.

Like that? hahaha I love your poem!
