Acrostic Season

Acrostic Season

A Poem by Norma M Sutton
"

Writing Challenge ~ WORD ACROSTIC Using all ten words of this poetry line, I am a man in love with the setting stars (from Robert Bly’s The Night Abraham Called to the Stars), write an acrostic –

"
I flow with winter winds

Am reminded of the cold within

A companion of seasons past

Man complains about the last

In days of cold

Love of warm sun is told

With warm summer gates

The season impatiently waits

Setting aside the joy it brings

Stars crystal clear ring
