Lightest Dark

Lightest Dark

A Poem by Victoria Magana
"

Poem for my idea for a book called Divine Sinner

"

Spirals of darkness,
Fountains of light,
Surround me on either side,
Driving me up the wall,
Accompanying the voice drilling my skull,

Tonight I fear,
Maybe my last chance,
Tonight I fear,
I will fail,
Tonight I KNOW,
Is my last chance,

Burning tongues of fire,
Flit through my veins,
Shimmering blades of light cover my eyes and raise me up,
Both sides want me,
But Earth needs me.
