Found poetry is a type of poetry created by taking words, phrases, and sometimes whole passages from other sources and reframing them as poetry (a literary equivalent of a collage) by making changes in spacing and lines, or by adding or deleting text, thus imparting new meaning.

A amazing poem.
"I'm like a story.
A less than Jewelled story where love and blood attend the splendor,
perched atop middle-managed time"

This is really quality stuff! I'm a bit too tired to fully comprehend the deeper meaning, but the obvious exterior meaning reminds me of something by John Green, like the self-actualization in paper towns
