a ration of pain

it is my turn for a ration of pain in this minute world where my tongue becomes a rug for muddy shoes to scratch upon when the sky cries into soft tissues and where my heart becomes a marbled gravestone

A interesting poem. You asked the question we will ask often in our life. I believe better to love and lose, than to be fearful and alone. You open the door to a long conversation with this poem. My type of poetry. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.

Because I believe that love is the highest form of happiness, though it may not last long and it may hurt later, your mind and heart will always remember what love is. I enjoy reading classic literature, watching b/w movies, climbing trees, watching the stars from the roof, feeling the rain on my face, walking in my bare feet, and planting flowers. I've lived in man.. more..
