TRUST

Don’t let it fall

 

For if it shatters

 

It’s shattered once and for all

 

Unable to be pieced together again

 

Don’t let it chip

 

For if it chips,

 

It can’t be fixed, permanently scarred

 

A piece missing from a whole

 

Trust,

 

A fragile thing,

 

A troubling responsibility,

 

But worth it.

I liked this a lot it kinda reminded me of a poem I wrote called Broken Pieces

It is very difficult to regain someone's trust once you've broken it. Same for the other way around also. Trust is something everyone wants, but few attain. I think you captured that feeling quite well. Nice job =]
