Tokens of my youth. 

Poke Balls lined up in a case. 

Inside Monsters. 

Each earned. 

Each bravely met. 

Challenges faced. 

Battles fought. 

Adversities won. 

Lessons learned. 

And here I am. 

Character molded. 

Conscience instilled. 

Yet a long way to go 

On my journey toward perfection.

I watched some episodes of Pokemon on local channel years ago. I remember that unknown powers/ability of the pokemon would come out during competition/challenges. Indeed, life here on earth is a process towards perfection/betterment.

I'm not sure it is a coincidence or not, but as I was scrolling down to type in my review, there was an ad for Pokemon in the advertising section. I've never played the game as it was after my time, I'm afraid, but I do understand the impact a game can have on your life. Mine was Advanced Dungeons and Dragons.

Oh well....if you like Pokemon you just swoon over MTG. kids do play it but I always thought it was geared more towards adults. I don't really play any more but I have a card collection of about four hundred thousand cards in storage.
