Thanks
to Guam shifting to the Asian Confederation, League B will consist of two
groups. The Oceanian Confederation is yet to decide how the third nation will
be chosen to advance: whether it will be the second-placed side from Group B1,
or if the second-placed sides from both teams will play a knockout series to
determine a place in League A.
