If you've ever..

Not my best one but tried something new with my writing.

Sometimes things don't go as we hope,
And we just have to figure out how to cope,
If you've ever loved and been hurt,
Then you know how you can feel like your flying and then your face is in the dirt

If you've ever felt like you lost your way,
Trying to fight whatever you were going through,
Just try to take it day by day,
And remember things will get better for you

If you've ever given someone all of you,
And tried to make it work night after night,
We've all been there and done that too,
Trying to keep hope that we can make it all alright

If you've ever just wanted to fall down,
Because nobody seems to hear you no matter how much you make a sound,
You just have to remember not every battle you can win,
Sometimes you mess up, and you just have to try again
