A Dream Come True

Just a little poem I wrote this morning :)

It's a dream come true,
Getting to be with you,
I've messed up a lot in the past,
But this is something I want to last

I love falling asleep beside you at night,
And getting to wake up with you to see the light,
I love all the time we get to spend,
Together, helping each other mend

Or maybe your just helping me,
Showing me the light I forgot how to see,
I was losing myself a little bit each day,
Until I got myself to walk your way

And I hope you'll always want to be,
Together, right here with me,
We always have such a great time,
It's so easy with you, like putting together this rhyme
