To The Mother "Coutry"A Poem by sushi
Many heads have fallen for the saffron flags,
The fields have felt the splashes of red, The running water has carried with it sins, crime, the dead and blood... I want to have the white dove as my pet, which flies to clean all these mess around. Here again, These hands would never be raised again, This tongue would never wound a little heart, The air I breath out would never harm any life, Its a promise on you I would keep up, I promise to give you, your same old days, The beautiful world of peace, To enjoy the gift called life, While letting others to enjoy it too... I have given u enough of misery, You have shed enough tears... Oh Mother! I have grown mature now, its my first duty to protect you for all you gave, Its a promise on you, I would give you all that I promised.... © 2012 sushi |
