My fate - Never Changed

My fate - Never Changed

A Poem by sushi

My present and past has always been same...

Once, I feared to come out,
fearing the cunning Wolves and Lions.

The jungle was filled with danger
Our tender legs can't run faster,
the skin of wool can't fight.
Be in herd or single
its gonna be one of us for meal.

Now, we moved out to the city,
to live with the educated and mannered.

Still our condition hasn't changed
The Lions got replaced with the butchers
and the Wolves with men.
Be in herd or single
it's a sheep killed for meal.
