Abandand

Abandand

A Poem by sushi

The brown lips are turning pale,
The bright face of once turns ghostly,
The unearthly glowing eyes scares.

He picks up courage
like the broken pieces of glass on the floor,
To save her feet from cuts and bleed.
Sits besides her,
Holding her hand in his hands,
Making false promises
That he will never let any-one steal her away,
Fight all forces and bring her safe.

He reads her vanished pulse on screen.
Regrets and feels,
"Why did I ever let you
 drink away your days
 (ment to be mine),
 To leave me behind
 in ocean of tears
 with memories to sail,
 till the rear? "
