The Angels Sleep

The Angels Sleep

A Poem by Susanna F
"

Maybe no one is watching after all.

"

The angels sleep tonight

Eyes closed, wings tight

They can't find this place

Lost on the height.

The stars are shining bright

Far off, small light

They can't see our hearts

Or inner fight.

The moon glides on in flight

Pale, pure and white

What she sees is safe

Shrouded in night.

Aww, thanks Vartul! I'm always honest in my reviews, though tactful. If I have advice, I'll let you know!

I read through some of your poems, but before i give a review, lemme tell you something about myself.
I've read Shakespeare ,Dickens, Hardy,Arthur Conan Doyle(Sherlock Holmes and others), J.R.R Tolkien, Isaac Asimov. Arthur.C Clarke, H.G. Wells, and many many others.
Now that i've bored you and taken up the space the review should have taken, i'll have to shorten the review.
So here it goes-
I AM A FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!

P.S-did you praise my story just to please me ? Please be true, as it will help me improve. :)
