Anuptaphobia

Anuptaphobia

A Poem by Annabel Lee

Its a dark night
Darling you don't wanna hear
All the thoughts I've
So just go and crack a beer
I'll take a seashell
And put it in my ear
I'll take a seashell
And put it in my ear

I'll watch the dolphins
Jumping through their loops
And if you'll leave then
We'll have to send in the troops
We'll have to send in the troops

And my love
I'll never ever leave you
My love,
I'd like to start this thing anew

And though we're sad,
The wind will take our pain.
And though we've been mad,
The world will see our strain.

Cuz I love you so,
I love you so much
Cuz I love you so,
I love you so much

And I'll never leave
I'll never ever leave you

Its been a long night
And I'd like to keep you near
It's been a hard fight,
And I'm apologizing dear.
And I know its not right,
But I don't want to hear
I'll take a seashell
And put it in my ear.
I'll take a seashell
And put it in my ear.

But this sand
Is falling through my fists
But this sand
Is falling through my fists

So never leave
Never leave me again
I'll give you everything
I'll be your closest friend
I'll hold you tight
Slipping through my fists
I'lll hold you tight
I think that love exists...

Well you've broken me
Broken me again
Well you've broken me
Broken me again

So take your s**t now
Its sitting by the door
So take your s**t now
It cannot be like before
Not now or forevermore

So I'll take a seashell,
And put it in my ear
I'll take a seashell,
And put it in my ear.
