a found poem from 'Mrs. Fry's Diary'

a found poem from 'Mrs. Fry's Diary'

A Poem by thuthana
"

poem created entirely from lines found in the hilariously quirky novel 'Mrs. Fry's Diary'

"
had my first holiday breakfast with Neptune
sitting on a deckchair in a Kill Me Quick hat.
the best part of arguing is makeup sex.
the worst part is wiping makeup off the pillows afterwards.

we began the night
he was that kind of guy
dry mouth,
awful headache.
his condition I wish he’d told me
before the year’s supply of Spam

like a duck to vodka
he’s taken up the Funeral Reggae
and died in chapter four.

baby shame,
wannabe.
there was no doubt,
it wasn’t the right time to ask who the father was.
Nine Months of Hell - just like it says on page 16 of the manual.

I love how you were able to taken already written lines and turn them into this strange but funny, witty little piece! Good work!
