Black and White

Black and White

A Poem by Siren
"

The first of [Colors], a series of poems

"
I saw the world in black and white,
The colors meaning death and life,
That show also dark and light,
and maybe even wrong and right.
There was so much evil in my sight,
When I saw the world in back and white.
It was very black, with little white.

This whole series is amazing. A unique perspective with a simple theme. The words fit naturally without being forced. This is what happens when "Green Eggs and Ham" grows up.

I think this is a great idea! I really like this poem, too. I like how you hint at something else at the end. I'm just wondering why you said "death and life" twice... if you have to say it twice, at least switch them around.
