Cold Dark Night (Tritina)

i want to thank my writing teacher Mrs.Williams for making me write all this poetry thank you sooooo much you were an amazing teacher im going to miss you next year :(

It was such a warm night

I was sad being alone in the dark

It would've been nice if it was cold

Why couldn't it be cold

out here in the dead of night?

where it is so dark

I like the dark

especially when it's cold

then it truly feels like night

why couldn't it be cold on this fake dark night?

Interesting and unusual. You don't often see people expressing their urge for the cold and darkness. Unique. I would, however, suggest finding synonyms for the both 'cold' and 'dark'. Use those words initially, but every time you want to use the same word afterwards grab a thesaurus and look up other options. Our brains get bored with the same thing, and whether we admit it or not, we like learning new things.
