A Poem by Justin D
"

Sometimes societies true enemy aren't the ones who kill.

"

I sit here smiling,
Scope focused to sight.
Picking my targets,
Lined up, left to right.

Opening the case,
The weapon, put away.
Action, not needed,
My plans put at bay.

I have made no move,
Just set the design.
As I stand by,
Pieces fall in line.

I’ll continue to watch,
For now, moves are done..
By society’s label,
Public enemy, number one.

So true, you do not have to pull the trigger to kill. You can draw the person or issue into your sight and debate it to death. Words, pen and pictures can destroy as as quickly as the assasin's bullet or knife. The emotional suffering brought on by these acts is a form of death to the receiver. Great work and look for more to come from your skilled pen.

Simple...dangerous. A little too short but it is a good start. The last verse is really good.
