Wishful Thinking

Wishful Thinking

A Poem by Liz Gonzales Aguilar

Going to the club house, park, QC Memorial Circle, Gethsemane Prayer Mountain, church. And all the places they used to go together brings up chance meeting, but fate apparently has its way of keeping them apart.

They might  see each other again. Maybe, just maybe. They'll meet again. But this time she'll be with the stars. And he’ll be smiling with the moon.
