Arabian Nights

Arabian Nights

A Poem by Ada
"

A very short poem, originally created for a project relating to Burton's translation of Arabian Nights.

"
The blackamoor is slain...
and Kashmir sands burn betrayal.
A thousand breaths of sandalwood
and hearts again cradled.
