Breathing Underwater

Breathing Underwater

A Poem by Rebecca

Tangled in weeds of green,

some tickling the skin in an attacking manner,

some clenching and gripping, holding tight.

No answers from the call to above water light.

Bubbles glide like musical notes jumping off sheet music,

trapped in water, but breathing and stronger than ever.
