Say FromageA Poem by Poetic ShamblesSugar in my coffee to make it bittersweet, a Spanish toffee apple dipping fluids in defeat, looking for answers hidden underneath your clothes, to feel a sense of yearning from that of an English rose. Sometimes it feels right, but most of the time wrong, like drinking something hot feel it slowly burn the tongue, and sometimes a good plant will grow out of a bad seed, but we lose our sense of direction by letting the blind take the lead. I hear that nostalgia isn’t what it used to be, but I suppose the same can be said about you and about me, and while I wish you the best in all of future’s tests, my errors in speech, they no longer belong to thee. © 2010 Poetic ShamblesAuthor's Note
