"

Trusting the process.

"

You set my loins on fire with your touch

Your voice makes my internal river overflow

Your being stimulates my solar plexus

Thoughts of your love transcending upon me gives me vertigo

We affix like north and south poles

I become drunk off each intoxicating kiss

Whoever mumbled of power in thy tongue

Must’ve met the sword tucked behind those soft lips

The thought of you leaving triggers my anxiety

Id search aimlessly looking for what I’ve found in you

And although I’m learning that nothing in life is permanent

I’d find some peace in at least knowing this is true

so many paradoxes here which enhance the idea that opposites attract like incredibly strong magnets.
And even if it is not permanent...what we take away can be with us for life...even if it is just memories...and i have some very strong memories of that time in my life and a certain person who has had a lasting/ permanent effect on me.
quite an interesting, thoughtful write.
