If the love is bound by limits, does it demote to lust?

Does love still hold its value when it lacks in trust?

Is love selfish is it doesn't provide instant gratification?

If love isn't matched with love, does it demote to infatuation?

Can love be hidden and meek? Or must it proudly roar and boast.

I wouldn't know, for I've never seen true love upclose.

Interesting question set to poetry and one that is difficult to answer. I guess if the question still remains when you think you love someone you don't. There is a typo in line three 'Is love selfish IF it doesn't provide instant gratification?'

i can relate to this...that question always lingers...what is true love? what does being "in love" really mean...and can there ever really be love without trust.

i think love is what each individual defines it as, but i know we all need it in some form or fashion. i dont believe in love without trust, personally. thanks!
