Moving On

My heart is breaking right now, so trying to move on and hope is all I am living off of right now.

In this dark abyss of time

When you and I no longer talk

You will realize that I was all you want

Even though I was ruined by your aftershock

It’s not until later you realize what you lost

And I should’ve had better

Especially treated as I was

But you will still start on this endeavor

To try to love me again

To keep me forever

To make up for where you did lack

But soon you will know

I moved on and not coming back
