A different way

A different way

A Poem by Summer Grace

Regret returns as life learns
Or we learn from life which
I don't know of the time that
Goes liqiuid slow a time of

Love and strife time is long
For the lonely time is quick
For those who are happy
And for those inbetween, I don't know

But for all time is fleeting
Tomorrow is the word
We want or the word we fear
Our minds connecting it with

A different concept by the year
Sadness can be happy and happiness
A little sad life's unreality and
Part of it is the art of laughing

At what's meant to be sad
But regret can be persistent and insistent
As we learn how deep our
Mistakes go but every error

Is a path to changing to
What's waiting up ahead
And I'm smiling, as I'm arriving
At a different place instead-
