Think or Know

i seem to be thinking more than usual. i think i know what i know, and i know i definitely know what i think. however, what it is that i know i am thinking, i do not know if it is me thinking it originally, or what others have , knowingly or not, have induced me into thinking. i do know for a fact that i can not just not think about something. i may know what it is i am thinking, and come up with a solution as everything has a problem. i think if i know what to think when i need to know if something needs to be thought i may have some form of control over it. though i may be only thinking i know what it is i know, when in reality i am in a thinking loop, and know nothing at all because i am not coming to any exact conclusion or true thought. i am quite sure i know what it is i feel at times only makes my thinking go into a frenzy. which can only mean that i only know because of what i feel. what i feel the most is some form of love for my girlfriend, so i guess that means i love her in some degree. or i only love the thought process i do not know i am thing of, and it is utterly not true. thus that only means one thing: I AM NOT REAL.
