You went sad

And though I'm truly bad ..

 

You was a great friend

But I’m sorry you didn’t understand me

you were so great

But I’m the one that refused you ...

I didn’t mean to hurt you

Or to make you go ..

 

But I’m a friend

That could understand

And know what is the meaning

For losing a worth friend

Against a battle with love ...

These lines could be worded a bit better though:

The other thing is, your capitalization is a bit off here and there.
Once you edit that, it's much better.
